My mom puts small pieces of carrots in her potato salad. So the salad is whitish yellow with orange things that stand out. I don’t eat vegetables so I carefully pick out the carrots. I noticed and was amazed how, given the small number of carrot pieces, there are those that stuck together. Despite my mom’s meticulous mixing, a couple of carrots still lumped together.
This 2012, may we all find our carrot partner in this potato salad world!

Cheese tastes good. I like potatoes too. I cook those well. I like stories but I don't read all that much. For me the multi-awarded TV show, "Friends" is the greatest thing ever to grace our TV screens. I feel extremely happy when I'm all tired and sweaty from playing basketball. I deeply enjoy long talks and I think that laughing a laugh that you just can't hold back is the best feeling in the world. And O, often, I feel like sleeping is a waste of time.
